One aspect I appreciated was the peaceful ambiance away from urban distractions, allowing for serene moments on the balcony, where the views of the river and hills were refreshing. The attentive staff, especially Nitin Sharma, were a highlight of my visit-his initiative to provide an unrequested early wake-up call showcased excellent service. Although some amenities, such as room service and laundry, could be improved, the hotel's strategic location made it easy to explore the local market and attractions. For travelers who prioritize comfort and tranquility over excessive luxury, the Naga serves as an excellent choice. I recommend it as a budget-friendly option for those looking to enjoy a peaceful retreat by the river, all while keeping an eye on the costs. This balance makes it a commendable selection for conscientious travelers.
